Conservator; requirements for sale of real estate. Provides that, prior to the conveyance of real estate, the court may require that a conservator of a person deemed incapacitated use a common source information company, as defined in § 54.1-2130, when listing the property for sale.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Conservator; requirements for sale of real estate. Requires the conservator of a person deemed incapacitated to provide a written explanation to the court for failing to list real estate with a common source information company as defined in § 54.1-2130. Further requires the conservator to provide the court with an appraisal when a multiple listing service has not been used to sell the property.
