Charitable gaming; bingo callers. Eliminates membership in a qualified organization in order to be registered with the Charitable Gaming Department as a bingo caller.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Charitable gaming; bingo callers. Eliminates membership in a qualified organization in order to be registered with the Charitable Gaming Department as a bingo caller. The bill provides, however, that any bingo caller who does not receive remuneration and is not registered with the Department is required to be a bona fide member of the qualified organization for at least 12 consecutive months prior to conducting bingo games as a bingo caller.
