SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Program directors at licensed child day centers; approved credentials. Adds program directors to the list of individuals who may possess an approved credential. Adds requirement that the Department of Social Services, State Board of Social Services, Child Care Council, or State Board of Education shall recognize individuals who possess an approved credential as being fully qualified to hold the position of program leader, program director, or child care supervisor in any private licensed child day center or private preschool.
