SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Circuit courts; duty to docket cases in the circuit courts. Shifts the authority for assigning the work of the circuit courts from the chief circuit court judge to the clerk of the court, and requires the clerk to assign an equal caseload in each subject matter that comes before the circuit courts.
