SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

HOV lanes.  Extends until July 1, 2008, the sunset on use of HOV facilities by vehicles bearing clean special fuel license plates. This bill does not change the treatment of clean special fuel vehicles using I-95 and I-395.
