HB 3047 School boards; notification of parent when student participates in school-sponsored clubs.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Local school boards; school-sponsored clubs.  Provides that prior to a student participating in a school-sponsored club, local school boards must notify the parent and require that the written permission of a parent or legal guardian be filed with the school.  This bill has been incorporated into HB 1727 (Lohr).
