SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Income tax credit for machinery and equipment for processing recyclable materials; extend sunset.  Extends the sunset for the income tax credit for purchase of machinery and equipment for processing recyclable materials from January 1, 2007, to January 1, 2015.  The bill also makes the credit available to individual income tax filers.  Credits earned by a pass-through entity are to be allocated in proportion to each individual's ownership in the pass-through entity.
