SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Potomac River Fisheries Commission. Raises the daily compensation and reimbursement of Commissioners from $25 to $250; grants Commission retirees eligibility to participate in health and related insurances available to state employees; and extends the regulatory jurisdiction of the Commission to the leasing of bottomlands and water columns in the Potomac River. The bill does not become effective until Maryland enacts similar provisions and the Governors of both states declare the respective acts effective.
