SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Bonding requirements; facilities dedicated for public use. Provides that a governing body of a locality shall not require a developer to furnish a bond for the estimated cost of construction of facilities to be dedicated for public use until construction plans are submitted for the section in which such facilities are to be located.

Provides that a governing body of a locality shall not require a developer to furnish a bond for the estimated cost of construction of facilities to be dedicated for public use until construction plans are submitted for the section in which such facilities are to be located or for any improvement not intended to be dedicated for public use following construction.
