SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Uniform crime reports; shall be distributed in an electronic format.   States that the Superintendent of State Police shall publish and distribute uniform crime reports in an electronic format to the General Assembly and office of the Governor; the availability of the reports shall be publicized to all law-enforcement agencies, attorneys for the Commonwealth, and the courts.
