SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Affordable housing dwelling unit ordinances.  Provides that a local governing body may establish a housing fund, the purpose of which will be to assist nonprofit organizations to develop or preserve affordable housing for low- and moderate-income persons and families.  This bill was incorporated into HB2010.
