SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax; distribution of local use tax revenues. Provides that the Tax Commissioner shall use a method to distribute local use tax revenues that provides more accuracy than the use of zip codes for distributing the local use tax to the actual city or county in which the tangible personal property is used.
