SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Penalty for providing alcohol to an underage person. Provides that any person found guilty of providing alcohol to an underage person shall have his license to operate a motor vehicle suspended for a mandatory minimum period of six months. Currently, there is no mandatory suspension, and the suspension period is capped at one year.
