SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Permit for onsite sewage disposal system installation in Augusta County. Provides that Augusta County may require any person desiring to install an onsite sewage disposal system to secure a permit to do so. The county may prescribe a reasonable fee, not to exceed $150, for processing an application for such a permit. This bill is identical to SB1215.
