SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Driver's licenses and special identification cards; contents. Provides that, when requested by the applicant, the Department must indicate on driver's licenses and special identification card the names of no more than five "emergency contact persons." Contact information pertaining to such "emergency contact persons," such as addresses and telephone numbers, as supplied by the applicant, is to be maintained by the Department and released to law-enforcement and other emergency services personnel as provided in regulations.
