SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Toy vehicles. Provides a definition of "toy vehicle" and limits use of toy vehicles to (i) highways within residence districts that have no more than two travel lanes and where the speed limits are no more than 25 miles per hour and (ii) highways where play is permitted. The bill also requires that electrically powered toy vehicles have spill-proof, sealed, or gelled electrolyte batteries.
