Closely held corporations; pro se representation. Allows a closely held corporation to be represented by an officer or an employee pro se before the general district courts if the amount in controversy is $4,500 or less. Defines closely held corporation as a corporation, which stock is held by no more than 10 people and has not been and is not planned to be publicly offered.
