SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Crime victim's right to nondisclosure of certain information.  Provides that no appellate decision shall contain the first or last name of the victim of a crime involving any sexual assault or sexual abuse upon the request of the victim to the Court of Appeals of Virginia or the Supreme Court of Virginia hearing the case.

Crime victim's right to nondisclosure of certain information.  Allows the appellate courts to exclude the first or last name of the victim of a crime involving any sexual assault or sexual abuse in its appellate decisions upon the request of the victim.
