Sales and use tax exemption; nonprofit entities. Requires nonprofit entities seeking sales and use tax exempt status that have annual gross receipts of at least $1 million to provide the Department of Taxation with a financial audit performed by an independent certified public accoutant and those with annual gross receipts between $750,000 and $1 million to provide the Department with a financial audit or a financial review by an independent certified public accountant.
