SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Child abuse or neglect; criminal history records; dissemination of such information. Authorizes dissemination of criminal history record information and search results from the child abuse and neglect registry of individuals and other adult household members to support removal of a child during an evaluation for placement or to support an investigation of child abuse or neglect. Such information may be admissible in court if an abuse or neglect petition is filed, however, if the individual who is the subject of such information contests its accuracy through testimony under oath, the court shall not receive the information without certified copies of the individual's conviction.
