SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Gangs and terrorism; penalty. Provides that the Attorney General, with the concurrence of the local attorney for the Commonwealth, may assist in the prosecution of certain gang and terrorism crimes when committed on the grounds of a state correctional facility. The bill also provides that any person who solicits, invites, recruits, encourages, or otherwise causes or attempts to cause another to participate in an act or acts of terrorism is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
