SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Right to remove case to circuit court eliminated. Eliminates the right to remove an action from the general district court to the circuit court. An appeal bond is required to be posted within 30 days of judgment except for an appeal of an unlawful detainer. Indigent persons do not have to post an appeal bond except in cases of trespass, ejectment, or any action involving the recovering of rents.
