SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Motor vehicle dealers; compensation for warranty repairs, etc.  Prohibits failure of manufacturers to fully compensate licensed motor vehicle dealers for warranty parts, work, and service either by reduction in the amount due to the dealer or by separate charge, surcharge, or other imposition.
