SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Uniform Trust Code; deeding property.  Provides that deeds or other instruments that purport to convey or transfer real or personal property to a trust instead of to the trustee shall be deemed to have conveyed or transferred the property to the trustee as fully as if the property was conveyed or transferred directly to the trustee.
