SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Local parking ordinances. Allows local governing bodies by ordinance to limit to no more than two hours the parking on streets adjacent to commercial business areas of vehicles with gross weights in excess of 12,000 pounds or lengths of 30 feet or more, unless actively engaged in loading or unloading operations.
