SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Biofuels Incentive Grant Program; production eligibility. Lowers the eligibility requirement of the volume of biofuels produced and sold from ten million gallons to 10,000 gallons per calendar year for a producer to be eligible for a grant. This bill has been incorporated into HB 3089.
