SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Radford University; board of visitors. Expands the number of members to be appointed by the Governor to the Radford University board of visitors from 11 to 15 and provides that appointments for the new seats are either three-or four-year terms, but that all successors must be appointed for four-year terms. The bill also removes obsolete language. This bill is identical to SB 1162.
