SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Labeling of crabmeat.   Requires all crabmeat sold at retail to have a "sell by" or "best if used" date on the container. The bill authorizes the Commission of Agriculture and Consumer Services to assess a civil penalty of up to $100, which is to be deposited into the Virginia Marine Products Fund.
