SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Technical diploma; established. Directs the Board of Education to establish the requirements for a technical diploma. The diploma must meet or exceed the requirements of a standard diploma and include a concentration in career and technical education. Also provides for an advanced technical diploma if a student meets the requirements of an advanced studies diploma and completes a concentration in career and technical education. This bill is identical to SB 1147 (Wagner).
