SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Eligibility for in-state tuition; dependents of active duty personnel. Expands the eligibility for in-state tuition to dependents of active duty military personnel assigned to a permanent duty station outside Virginia, but who reside in Virginia. This bill has been incorporated into HB 2438 (Frederick).
