SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Admission of unlawful aliens to public institutions of higher education.  Provides that an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States shall not be eligible for initial enrollment in any public institution of higher education in the Commonwealth.  This bill has been incorporated into HB 2623 (Reid).
