SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Professional engineering design of onsite treatment works.  Requires the State Board of Health, the Commissioner of Health, and the Department of Health to accept private site evaluations and treatment works designs from licensed professional engineers. Establishes the procedure for submission and review of evaluations and designs.
