Administrative Process Act; economic impact analysis of regulations to be provided to members of the General Assembly.  Requires the Department of Planning and Budget to provide an electronic copy of its economic impact analysis to each member of the General Assembly.

Administrative Process Act; economic impact analysis of regulations to be provided to members of the General Assembly.  Requires the Department of Planning and Budget to deliver a copy of its economic impact analysis to each member of the General Assembly, in addition to the agency drafting the regulation, and the Registrar for publication with the proposed regulation.
