SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Data reporting requirements for doctors of medicine, osteopathy, and podiatry; expungement. Provides that upon determination by the Board that a disciplinary report is without merit, or if an order has been vacated, the Board shall allow the named doctor to seek expungement of that part of his record. This bill has been incorporated into HB 2127.
