SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Concealment of dead body; penalty. Provides that any person who transports, secretes, conceals, or alters a dead body with malicious intent and to prevent detection of an unlawful act, the death, or the manner or cause of death is guilty of a Class 6 felony.

Prohibition against concealment of dead body; penalty. Provides that any person who transports, secretes, conceals, desecrates or alters a dead body with the intent to prevent detection of the death or the manner or cause of death is guilty of a Class 6 felony.
