Property and conveyances; Landlord Tenant. Provides residential tenants leasing detached single family dwellings the right to display campaign signs on rental property. Covers signs that advocate support or defeat of referendum issues submitted to voters under Title 24.2 or election of a candidate or slate of candidates for public office.
