SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Taxation; conformity with Internal Revenue Code.  Conforms the Commonwealth's system of taxation with the Internal Revenue Code, when applicable, as of December 31, 2006. The bill contains an emergency clause and is identical to SB 1105.
