SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Overweight permits for underground pipe cleaning, hydroexcavating, and water blasting machinery. Provides for special overweight permits to be issued by the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles for the operation of underground pipe cleaning, hydroexcavating, and water blasting machinery on the highway. In addition, the bill directs the Department of Transportation to recommend legislation regarding the operation of overweight vehicles.
