Code Commission; obsolete provisions and evaluation of unfunded laws. Requires the Code Commission's review and reporting for the amendment or repeal of obsolete provisions in the Code of Virginia and the Virginia Acts of Assembly to occur at least every four years. Makes technical changes to the Commission's reporting requirements for recommending the repeal of certain unfunded provisions identified during the title revision process.
