Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation shall designate U.S. Route 13 in Northampton County and Accomack County a highway safety corridor pursuant to § 33.1-223.2:8 of the Code of Virginia.
