Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection D of § 15.2-1747, the Roanoke County Sheriff's Office shall be authorized to withdraw from membership from the Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy without two-thirds vote of the board of directors of the Academy.
