Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Virginia Route 635 bridge over Interstate Route 81 in the City of Salem is hereby designated the "Ricky Marshall McCoy Memorial Bridge." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain signs indicating the designation of this bridge. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge.
