RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the House confirms the following nominations by the Speaker of the House of Delegates to the House Ethics Advisory Panel made in accordance with § 30-112 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable Alfred C. Anderson, 5115 Burnt Quarter Drive, Vinton, Virginia 24179, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2007, to succeed himself.

The Honorable John H. Rust, Jr., 10370 Main Street, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2007, to succeed the Honorable Peter T. Way.
