HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 51 Nominating persons to be elected judges of the Court of Appeals.

 

Agreed to by the House of Delegates, January 23, 2007

 

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals as follows:

The Honorable Larry G. Elder, of Dinwiddie, as a judge of the Court of Appeals for a term of eight years commencing May 1, 2007.

The Honorable Robert P. Frank, of Newport News, as a judge of the Court of Appeals for a term of eight years commencing March 16, 2007.
