HOUSE BILL NO. 747 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Counties, Cities and Towns on January 27, 2006) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Purkey) A BILL to regulate parasail operators.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1.  Regulation of parasail operators.

The Board for Professional and Occupational Regulation shall promulgate regulations applicable to the operations of parasail operators on waters of the Commonwealth. Such regulations shall be consistent with the operating standards and guidelines of the Professional Association of Parasail Operators.
