Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 15.2-912.4 as follows:

§ 15.2-912.4.  Regulation of parasail operators.

Any locality may by ordinance regulate parasail operators within the locality. Such ordinance shall be consistent with the operating standards and guidelines of the Professional Association of Parasail Operators.
