Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 23 of Title 56 a section numbered 56-597 as follows:

§ 56-597. Modification or impairment of certain orders.

Nothing in this title shall modify or impair the terms, unless otherwise modified by an order of the Commission, of any Commission order approving the divestiture of generation assets pursuant to § 56-590.
