HOUSE BILL NO. 3023 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee for Courts of Justice on February 2, 2007) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Fralin) A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 46.2-341.18:2, relating to use of synthetic urine to defeat drug test; penalty.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-341.18:2 as follows:

§ 46.2-341.18:2. Disqualification for use of urine-masking agent or device.

The Commissioner shall disqualify for a period of one year any person who has been convicted of a violation of § 18.2-251.4.
