VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 46.2-341.18:2, relating to use of synthetic urine to defeat drug test; penalty. [H 3023] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-341.18:2 as follows:

§ 46.2-341.18:2. Disqualification for use of urine-masking agent or device.

The Commissioner shall disqualify for a period of one year any person who has been convicted of a violation of § 18.2-251.4.
