VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact § 15.2-2266 of the Code of Virginia, relating to validation of certain plats. [H 2265] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 15.2-2266 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 15.2-2266. Validation of certain plats recorded before January 1, 1975.

Any subdivision plat recorded prior to January 1, 1953 1975, if otherwise valid, is hereby validated and declared effective even though the technical requirements for recordation existing at the time such plat was recorded were not complied with.
